The Ulster County Green Business Challenge aims to get 100 Ulster County businesses, organizations, or municipalities to complete an energy retrofit, install solar or other renewable energy, or implement another action that will both save money and significantly reduce carbon emissions. Help is available from a team of trained volunteer Ambassadors, local Green Business Leaders and area experts.
To kick off this innovative challenge the Green Business Challenge Breakfast and Vendor Show will feature local Green Business Leaders sharing their own experiences, including project cost and financing information, what worked and didn’t, and lessons learned.
Energize NY will be on-hand to answer questions about Energize NY PACE financing for clean energy improvements.
Seating and vendor space are limited, so please pre-register here: Green Business Challenge Launch
The Green Business Challenge is a project of the Ulster County Climate Smart Committee and is sponsored by Ulster County Executive, Michael Hein, the Ulster County Department of the Environment and the Ulster County Office of Economic Development.
