The New York State Public Service Commission and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, in cooperation with the LIFE Steering Committee, are proud to announce that the Low-Income Forum on Energy (LIFE) 2017 Regional Meetings will be held in seven locations across New York State.
Attendees can expect to learn about emerging energy issues, best practices, program updates, and consumer protections. We will discover how the NYS Public Service Commission’s Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) initiative is transforming New York’s energy industry and regulatory practices. The meetings provide an ideal opportunity to network with other professionals in the low-income energy field. There are also display table opportunities for organizations seeking to expand their outreach to low-income energy stakeholders.
Addressing how to proceed with energy projects in affordable and multifamily buildings, including the upgrade process, first steps to get started and how to best leverage existing NYSERDA/Utility programs and PACE financing. Specific regional case studies will provide examples of successful projects.
